This is a quick shout out to a great friend of mine, Paul. Yes, another Paul! He has been doing the gardening thing a lot longer than I have, and I am constantly picking his brain and taking mental gardening notes. I am sure many more of his ideas will find it’s way onto this blog.
One of the many inspirations to change our family’s eating habits to a more organic one has been from the influence of him and his lovely wife Erin.
